Our Story

Thank you for considering Branca Homes for your project!  We are a small local company that specializes in Custom Home and Signature Home projects across the Wasatch Back and anywhere your project leads us.  Founded in 2005, we pride ourselves in being a small company to provide full time attention to fewer projects at a time.  This allows us to focus upon all the details of your home, big and small, which helps create a superior product that we are VERY proud of.

Our Design and Build company focus is Custom Homes built from the ground up styled in the way YOU like.  We are happy to work with you to design your home in house or work with your chosen Architect.  We also offer a limited amount of construction financing which helps streamline the building process and may help save time and money.  

At Branca Homes, we try to keep as much of the building process in house as possible.  This helps us keep schedules and budgets in check. We frame all of our homes as well as siding, soffit and fascia and site work.  At times, we also work through finish carpentry, moldings, exterior painting and hardware.  For the areas we do not specialize in, we are proud to work with some of the best subcontractors and craftsmen in the business.  We are also happy to work with any subcontractor you choose as long as they match up to our standards of craftsmanship and are fully licensed and insured. 

We are very committed to an open and informative process.  Many times, the building process is stressful, emotional and difficult to navigate.  While far from perfect, with patience and understanding, we strive to make your project as good and exciting of an experience as possible.
