Custom Design + Build

This is our bread and butter.  We specialize in new from ground up design and custom home building.  We usually have a small inventory of lots to choose from or we can build on yours!  We work with you from start to finish to design a home that fits your dreams as well as your budget!

We are a Home Building Company more than just a General Contractor.  Depending on the project, large portions of our homes are built in house by our dedicated crews.  This helps control some schedule and costs without too much reliance on others.

While we love to make your dream project a reality, every once in a while, we are excited to exercise our own creative side.  This results in a Branca Homes Signature project.  These homes are of our own design and are for sale on the open market.

​Home Renovation

Sometimes it IS all about location.  And sometimes you already have it!  The problem may be the house.  Too small, too old, leaking at every seam?  We also can help in this area. We have quite a bit of experience with large scale renovation and additions.  Not the re-wallpapering the bathroom type, but cut your house in half, rebuild, and add square footage type of remodeling. 

​Project Management

This area pretty much speaks for itself in new homes and renovations, but for someone who wants to be more personally involved in their project, we are happy to lend a hand with site and sub contractor management. We can offer varying levels of assistance and tailor them to your needs.
